Easter 2021 at St. Mark's

as we celebrate the life-changing message of Easter

Palm Sunday, Sunday 28th March: 
  • 10.30 am: Morning Service with Communion – YouTube
  • 11.30 am: Coffee on Zoom
  • 2.00 pm: Messy Church - YouTube
Evening Meditations during Holy Week:
Spend some time reflecting on the events of Holy Week and their meaning for us as Christians.
These will be on YouTube at 7.30 pm on the following days: 
  • Tuesday 30th March
  • Wednesday 31st March 
  • Thursday 1st April
Good Friday, Friday 2nd April:
  • 10.30 am: Short Morning Service - YouTube
  • 12.00 – 3.00 pm: Private Prayer Drop-In – in the church, subject to government and Church of England guidance
Come and go as you please, and stay for as long or as short a time as you like. 
The time will be divided up as follows:
  • 12.00 – 1.00 pm: Good Friday images and music
  • 1.00 – 2.00 pm: Recorded narration of the Passion Story with different readers, 
        followed by images in silence
  • 2.00 pm – 3.00 pm: Silent prayer
Easter Day, Sunday 4th April:
  • 10.30 am: Easter Praise - YouTube
  • 10.30 am: Easter Praise All-Age Service and Communion - in the church, subject to government and Church of England guidance
You're most welcome to join us in the church on Good Friday and Easter Day if you feel able to do so. The wearing of face coverings unless exempt will be required, and safe distancing will be in operation. Prior booking will not be required.
